Spiraea jap. 'Magic Carpet' (Spirea) Shrub, #3 - Size Container

I received two of three items with a note that the third one could not be delivered, and they were going to refund me. The two arrived in packages that were supposed to keep them from being crushed but somehow one of them was smashed over to the side. After opening, they were still alive so I planted them and they’re doing fine. I kept waiting for the refund which never arrived. Unexpectedly the third one arrived in half the packaging and upside down. It was upside down in the package which meant it was packed that way or somebody had opened the package and re-boxed it. The plant was in pretty bad shape, but still alive. So I was able to plant all three. I would suggest the company rethink their packaging or their delivery system. The plants on the whole were a good size and obviously pretty hardy.
