meaning that it made things somewhat better. A few times after months and months the ...
I've only had this product for maybe 4 days.I have plantar fascitis and a heel spur that I've been dealing with on and off for a few years. I have the $400 or thereabouts custom orthotics, I've gotten the cortisone shots, have the tennis ball under my desk, done the frozen water bottles.Everything worked SOMETIME to some extent, meaning that it made things somewhat better. A few times after months and months the pain would actually go away.I will honestly say I thought these heel cups were outrageously priced. I would have thought that $10 - $15 would be a far more reasonable price. I"ve bought heel cups and heel shock supports before and these are significantly more money.nevertheless I bought this.I can report that I've now had 4 days pain-free. To be perfectly honest while I'd be upset if these stopped working tomorrow, the four days of ZERO pain are something I probably would pay $6 a day for... so I've already gotten my money's worth.I will nonetheless report back if they stop being effective, which is of course a possibility if my foot gets "used to them" and starts being messed up in a different way.Of course this doesn't mean these will work for YOU. my podiatrist told me that everything I've tried has worked for some significant percentage of his patients so this definitely looks to be one of those "throw everything at the wall and see what sticks" situations. At any rate... in case it helps anyone make up their mind here are more details about my situation:1. plantar fasciatis injury.2. heel spur3. Worst pain in the am when waking up... and stepping out of bed to the point that I'd sometime have to walk on the tip of my right toes to diminish the pain. Yes I own the nighttime splint... I hate it... and I can't say I've seen that help4. Pain also during the day, getting up from a desk after sitting, even for as short as maybe 45 minutes. Not as bad as the pain in the am but definitely something that would cause me to take the first 50 steps slower than I otherwise would5. When warmed up the foot was pretty much fully functional. I do significant amounts of cardio workouts (mostly Zumba) and once my feet have warmed up I can do EVERYTHING the instructor can do at high intensity6. The only shoes I own that I would truly feel comfortable in (AFTER about a week of hating them - I was told it would be this way) is a pair of bierkenstocks (the hard sole...the soft one is supposedly instantly comfortable but overall less supportive)Surprisingly after half a day of wearing these things on saturday I noticed that when I woke up on sunday morning I was in FAR LESS pain than I normally would. monday was even better and this morning I'd say I was pain free. I'm talking when getting out of bed in the am, barefoot on tile. With these on in my sneakers I've been 100% walking-pain free (I say walking because I also have some other form of general pain in my heel that comes and goes and that is not pressure-related... meaning it might or might not hurt while I'm walking and it might or might not hurt even if I'm sitting with zero pressure on the foot ... this has NOT changed at all over the past 4 days. We'll see if time heals all heels :P

Pain Free
I have worn these inserts for about a month now and easily move them from shoe to shoe. I only feel the pain in flat shoes so it works for me. However, I will DEFINITELY purchase more now that I see how much they help. Thank you!

Still searching for Sever's relief
We’ve been trying a few different heel inserts to help manage my child’s Sever’s condition, including Heel Seats by Heel That Pain, Tuli’s, and gel socks. My child is very active in sports—especially baseball—so finding something that provides real comfort and support is really important for us.Unfortunately, none of these options provided significant relief. While all three had decent reviews, we didn’t find them as effective as we had hoped. Of the three, my child preferred the Heel That Pain inserts the most—they offered the best comfort comparatively—but even those weren’t a game changer. We understand Sever’s isn’t something that resolves overnight, but we were hoping for a bit more support or relief from these products. At this point, we’re considering a consultation with a podiatrist to explore better long-term solutionsI wish I had more answers and could give a full five star review, but we are still searching!

Good arch support, not helpful for heel pain
Did not help my heel pain. The arch support feels very comfortable and I love that it doesn't move around in the shoe, but it wasn't helpful for my heels. I ended up in more pain after wearing it for 10 days days straight, but I won't pinpoint it to this product. It could be that I was on my feet more than usual.

These really work!
This soft gel made all the difference in getting over my plantar fasciitis, and saving a hiking trip I was going on right after. Wore it in my hiking boots just to be sure. These are not the drug-store cheap and small heel cushions that did me no good; they are larger, longer (so they don't slide around in your shoe) and probably most importantly have a firm support bar just in front of the heel. And even though I wear size 16 or 17 shoes, the 13-15 XLarge fit perfectly. Overall, I am delighted!

They really work!
I was skeptical, but these heel pads are amazing! From the first moment I started using them, my heel pain vanished. I only notice pain now when I walk barefoot. I was worried they would feel too bulky inside my shoes, but barely notice them now. They fit seamlessly in my shoes and relieve my plantar fasciitis pain that recently flared up. I was worried about going on vacation next month, but now I won’t have to. I would definitely recommend these heel cups to others that suffer from heel pain.

Helps a little
I bought this for what I think is plantar fasciitisVery bad heel pain every time I walk. I don't know if it had anything to do with a bad sprain and tendinitis I had several years ago. I used these heel cups along with Dr Scholls plantar fasciitis inserts and I think they have been helping to cushion the feet. That said, the pain hasnt completely gone away. It seems the best treatment for me has been just not walking or being on my feet which isnt possible for some people. These are on the hard side, but I dont know if that is the purpose-it seems it should be soft and cushiony to protect from pain.

Gave me relief
I am on my feet all day at work and had issues with foot pain. After trying other insoles with no results I decided to give these a try and after a little time I was experiencing way less foot pain. Not to mention they’re easy to put in any shoe because it’s not a full insert. They last a long time as well.
