Q: Will this work for my old 1995 Toyota Camry with 4 cylinders? How do I use it? Is it safe to use? How long will it take to Charge fully dead batterry

Yes it will work, best the one I have seen and used,very safe. This one I like the best as it has an indicator that shows state of charge and then moves up to 100% when battery is fully charged and then goes into maintenance mode automatically. It has wrong wire hook up protection.. Charges Standard,AGM, Deep cycle, and Gel cell. Hook up red to positive battery terminal and black clamps to negative battery cable, then plug in to 3 prong wall socket and extension with 3 prong. If your battery has cells than can be filled, remove the tops, distilled water only add if the electrolyte is below the filler holes then very little add. Charge battery in car,,Toyota Camry uses TrueStart battery so its "standard" 12V battery for SC1200A speed charger,so take filler caps off as electrolyte will bubble and boil,, at 12 amp setting several hours you can watch its progress by the led % indicator,,This one has a desulfonation mode and it will try and repair a bad battery at the start if necessary.. Its quite the battery charger..

No engine start mode.I use this charger on my Marine "Deep Cycle Battery", works as advertised.I've had zero problems with this charger. So far I'm satisfied with it. Knowing what I know about it I would purchase another one like it.

NO...this is a battery charger. You will need to dismount the battery and take it to a location where this is power for the charger to do its job.
