I’ve been taking this vitamin supplement for a while now, and I can definitely feel the benefits. The quality is excellent, the capsules are easy to take, and there’s no unpleasant aftertaste. I’ve noticed an improvement in my overall energy and well-being since starting them. It’s also reassuring to know the ingredients are clearly listed and well-balanced. A solid, reliable supplement that delivers what it promises!

I take one of these daily. I think they are a good buy for the price. I feel pretty good taking them although it is difficult to tell how a vitamin reacts with your body. These seem good to me.

I think the price is right for the formula, which is overall pretty good. I'd put NOW Foods on a higher tier due to their focus on sourcing the best of the best, but I had to skip it this time due to their inclusion of green tea extract which has elevated the liver enzymes in my blood work. This should be a good alternative.

I'm very happy with the completeness and price point of these vitamins. I'll continue to reorder. Being able to add an iron (Fe) supplement on your own is a bonus for the rest of us who don't take iron. Size is pill is average and easy to swallow.

Got these for hubby to take as it was part of the instruction for his surgery. I assume they work because he’s still kicking. I asked if he felt they were effective and he just shrugged. His color looks swell. He has not gained or lost weight. He seems to be healing on track. I’m calling it G O O D and fair!

I can't evaluate whether the vitamins contain the proper ingredients, but I do know they're the worst smelling/tasting vitamins I've ever used. Horrible fish odor. I won't be buying them again, but I've also used them daily so the smell isn't unbearable. These are great value if your nose doesn't work.

Great multi for a great price. These are basically an exact replica of the Rainbow Light men’s multi for half the price.
