My Lucky Day

Love love love this book. When I did daycare as a teenager we use to read this book all the time. The kids would request it non stop. Now I bought it for my own children so they car enjoy it too.

I bought this book for my 13 year old daughter, because it was her favorite book in 2nd grade , she had been having a rough time lately & I just wanted to make her smile again, mission accomplished

My family loves this book. We purchased this one to go to the next generation of our family.

This book is so enjoyable! My son (he’s 3) loves this book. It has quickly become a favorite in our house. This book will make you laugh, it’s easy to understand and will be a great book for young and old kids alike. The artwork is enjoyable to look at. This book leaves you wanting more!

Such a clever book; I think you could actually use this book to teach the difficult concept of irony. You wouldn't expect a sly, clever fox to be outwitted by a pig of all things. And, it's the pig who has the lucky day, not the fox, and you wouldn't expect a pig meeting a fox to have the lucky day. This is a fun, humorous story that I look forward to reading to my young daughter as she gets older. She's only 6 months but we read to her everyday and we're always looking for good stories for the day she can appreciate them. Add this to your library. Especially for the price, it's a story to have in your child's collection.

This book was in PERFECT condition although it was advertised as only GOOD. Very surprised and pleased! Thank you!The story is hilarious and the illustrations are charming.

Love this book and this author. I am a teacher and my students loved the surprise ending! Pair with the Wolf's Chicken Stew for a great.conpare and contrast lesson.

This is a super cute book with a fun twist. It is dark though - it's all about the wolf trying to eat the pig and the pig talking him out of it. It has just enough "danger" for my 4 year old - he loves it.

It was my lucky day to come across this book. This is a delightful book that has so much going on behind the words. Wonderful illustrations and a witty story. I will be purchasing this book again to gift to others.

Kasza is one of my favourite children's authors. She takes a story about regular animals and makes you laugh and imagine. Her pictures are delightful and every story seems to have its own unique twist or lesson.Read this to your kids and discuss...what makes a lucky day?
