Happy Birthday, Mouse! (If You Give...) Board book – Illustrated, April 24, 2012

Adorable and perfect size!

Love this book and paired it with a stuffed mouse for my granddaughter.

Perfect for toddlers. I was so nervous I wasn’t sure if I had ordered a board book or not. I had been looking for so long. So grateful it was indeed a board book when it came. This is a gift for my daughter’s god sister. I know she’ll love it.

This is a great book in the Mouse book series. The children in my family love it and want to read it over and over again. It's even more special when they have a birthday coming up soon. This mouse book keeps their attention. I'd recommend it.

We used this book for my nephews birthday. Everyone signed it! It’s as described, a board book. It’s sturdy and good quality. Cute book!

If you write a book about giving a mouse a cookie... chances are that book will sell well. If the book sells well, the publisher will want more books. When the publisher wants more books, the author will write more. When the author writes more, she makes some good books like “Happy Valentine’s Day mouse” which whisks you into a world of Mouses’s friends. You question why cat is so strong and why Fox is so bad at hide and seek. Unfortunately, Happy Birthday Mouse falls flat... it follows the story line of Happy Valentine’s Day mouse except instead of wholesome friendships it focuses more on the gluttony of society. This already learned lesson harkens back to the original story and ends with a predictable and lackluster reference (though predictable, I won’t spoil it). My 1 year old loves the taste of the board book though, so 4 stars.
