I've been using Lipo 6 Defining Gel for two weeks on my abdomen and lower back. I pair the gel with a waist trainer, wearing both before both cardio and weight training sessions. The product seems to be working. I have lost 1/2 an inch from my waist so far. Granted, this is with daily exercise (once per day) and a non-restrictive diet. There is an intense heating sensation. I quickly got use to it. The first use was the most uncomfortable. Every use after that has been very bearable. My issue is the pumping mechanism. I'm unsure if I simply have a defective bottle but all the shaking in the world can't get this stuff to come out in regular portions through the pump. At first I thought I got scammed and there was little to no product in the bottle. But, upon opening the bottle I noticed there was no actual tube to allow flow of the gel through the pump. That's why I believe I recieved a defective bottle. I like the gel but may try a jar version for my next purchase so I won't have to deal with the difficulty of accessing the product itself. Update: I turned the pump bottle upside down and the gel came right out. Feeling a little embarrassed for not figuring that out earlier.

Be cautious when using the cream. It gave me a severe skin burn after the second use. I had to see a doctor.

Great sweat I get great value for my money

I have been using it I feel the burn and cooling feeling but have not noticed any shrinkage in the areas yet.

I did not know what to expect from Lipo 6 Defining gel but I'm liking it, I put it on twice a day - in the morning before going to work and when I get home. I've lost at least 3 lbs - whether that is water weight or not, the scale is moving. I'm going to take it up a notch further and wear a sauna suit. It's these gels and sauna suits from here on out in my older life to keep away diabetes and my slow metabolism. This is a godsend and I will definitely buy more. This works better than the other creams I just bought. Keep this Lipo 6 bottle steady and flat on the countertop and the serum will come out no problem. Don't tilt the bottle.
