Relief for runners with plantar fasciitis
I wear size 9.5 Hoka Cliftons and New Balance RC1400v4. I’ve been struggling with an aggressive case of plantar fasciitis after having reconstructive ACL and meniscus surgery on the opposite knee. I probably incurred he injury from a change in my gait because of the surgery. I’ve been using Superfeet inserts, but the arch support just seemed to always hit a bit behind the arch in my foot striking the plantar fascia hot spot. Plus, they were too firm. The plastic support on the bottom was way too stiff. These high arch, size 8-9.5 fit my kicks just right, and they alleviate the pressure on the fascia as hoped. Size is dead on, and I recommend going one arch size up from what you think is correct if you’re battling plantar fasciitis.

Purchased the Stride orthodic shoe inserts for High arches for men's size 9 & Metatarsal pads
Purchased these for my father who is a USPS letter carrier who suffers with Plantar Fasciitis, with a heel spur, and Metatarsalgia. He was in a lot of pain for over 2 years & was limping at work. He tried Happy feet orthotic shoe inserts, Profoot shoe inserts for plantar fasciitis, & even added gel inserts on the heels, but nothing was helping the plantar fasciitis pain enough. He also uses a night splint & does stretches for Plantar Fasciitis which helps some. After viewing your video on youtube for Tread Labs Stride Insoles – Orthotic Shoe Inserts... he decided to give them a try, especially since he has high arches in his feet. The Tread Labs Stride Insoles – Orthotic Shoe Inserts, plus Tread Labs Metatarsal pads have helped his pain tremendously! Very good to know he can buy these without a podiatrist prescription for custom orthodics, which can cost $400. He is walking much easier at work & home now! The only suggestion from him would be... if Tread Labs could also design a thin gel insert for those with heel pain from the actual heel spur. He's so much better using the Tread Labs Stride Insoles – Orthotic Shoe Inserts & metatarsal pads, but he needed to add some thin heel gel pads because his heel with the bone spur still had some pain by the end of the day. He can now walk an 8 hour day at work without limping from the pain & would highly recommend Tread Labs products for anyone with Plantar Fasciitis or Metatarsalgia issues.

Make sure you know what size arch you have
I used the measuring method suggested. Still, I could have used a higher arch

Amazing support and no more knee problems!
This is by far the best insole I have ever found. I put them in all of my shoes. High quality and great functionality. I used to have knee and foot pain, especially when hiking peaks or spending long days on my feet...after discovering Tread Labs I am pain free! They have helped my alignment. I also ordered some for my partner and he is very pleased as well. He wears them in his hiking shoes, dress shoes, and even his ski boots. He now seems to have more energy in the evening at the end of a big day! These insoles are firm, not like the soft foam or jelly insoles we had tried before. Initially it seemed that these didn't have as much cushion as some others, but we found their support to be more stable and long lasting and we haven't missed any cushion. Highly recommended!!

These work 100%
I used these in red wing work boots and i am in construction and on my feet 99% of the day. My feet have always killed for years after a work day. I came across tread labs by a search for insoles and decided to gamble with these. Ive tried a ton of insoles on the market and they are all the same(works great for a week or 2 then thats all). These tread labs(high lift) , i swear on my grandmas grave after 1 day of wearing them i forgot I had feet for the first time in years! I recommend 100%
