I stocked up on this from one Sprouts when another location stopped carrying it. I've run out, so I decided to come to Amazon to repurchase. I'm so surprised that this product has so few ratings and no one reviewed it. I've taken probiotics on and off over the years. Always because I was told I was supposed to, but not ever because I thought there was a change in my body--until this product. This is the only probiotic that actually affects my digestive system and has me regular. This is definitely worth purchasing if you tend to be constipated.
