Who doesn't need help with this, especially during allergy, cold, and flu seasons. The capsules are small and easy to swallow. So far, I've noticed no bad effects from taking them. The bottle was about three-quarters full, and the serving size was three a day, good for a 66-day supply. The lot I received had an expiration date of 10/2026. I haven't yet noticed any difference after taking this product for a while now. I would have liked to see that this was manufactured in a GMP-certified facility and third-party tested, but their website and this ad seems to indicate that this is not the case. The fact that this company has been in business since 1979 and has many satisfied customers gives me some assurance that their product may be helpful as an immune booster. I do appreciate that this product is hypoallergenic since I do have problems with allergies. At close to a dollar a serving, I will probably need more assurance that it actually works.

These are great for cold and flu season! I make sure my college daughter has them and we have them at home for extra protection during cold and flu season. Amazing Immune booster!

After a week's use, I find these small capsules easy to take and gentle on my stomach. They have no noticeable flavor but do smell faintly like yogurt. (Not surprising since both products contain lactobacilli.) I have not noticed any changes from taking this product but did not expect to in the short term as these are for "immune support". From my quick research, these capsules seem to contain an effective amount of lactobacillus rhamnosus lysate. While I wish this product was third party tested, the company does have an informative website with an informational blog. This helps reassure me a bit that the product is legitimate and contains what the label states. Finally, as an allergy sufferer, I appreciate the company's commitment to making an allergen free product.
