This is one of the best paring knives I have ever used. I owned a similar knife back in the U.S. and used it for nearly 25 years, which speaks volumes about its quality and durability. It was one of the most dependable and versatile tools in my kitchen. The blade is extremely sharp and allows you to cut very fine, precise slices, especially when working with vegetables and fruits. A good, sharp knife truly changes how you cook—prep becomes effortless, and you naturally end up eating more vegetables. As my cook jokingly says, “If you’re angry, just spend some time with this knife and the veggies.” It’s surprisingly satisfying and calming to use because it cuts so smoothly and cleanly. The balance and control are excellent, making everyday tasks like peeling, trimming, and fine cutting both easy and safe. This knife has earned a permanent place in my kitchen. Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys cooking and appreciates a truly sharp, well-made knife.

A very sharp and good knife. It's my 3rd repeat purchase. Please understand that it's a serrated kife primarily meant for cutting soft vegetables like tomatos 🍅 even though it can be used to cut any vegetable (except very hard ones). It's not possible to sharpen this knife as it will lose it's "teeth" but it can last upto 1 full year with regular use. Attached photo is after 1 year use.

Sharp knife

The first thing to notice about the knife after I took it out was how sharp the serrated edge is. You will definitely need to be careful while using it, because their is a risk of getting your fingers cut. It cuts through most vegetables and fruits that I have tried this far by without any effort. The handle also looks sturdy and doesn't buckle at all even when a little pressure is applied. The knife edge will last i am certain, whether the handle is durable, will have to wait and see. Looks good as well. Definitely worth the price.
