North American Herb and Spice, Orega Dent, 1-Ounce

I’ve been using Oregadent for years after a friend recommended it. It’s the best all natural product for oral health. Highly recommend!

I read one of the reviews before trying this product and the results were pretty good. How so? I have fillings in most teeth and even lost a tooth when a root canal failed. My dentist put me on prescription toothpaste. The results were not great as decay continued and my gums were struggling - not healthy. I'm not a big fan of fluoride. I decided to look at essential oils and more or less stumbled on this product. I started using it almost every day, usually twice a day - morning and night. Each time I would add 1-5 drops of oil on my brush along with any one of several natural toothpastes. I went to the dentist the other day after using this for about 5 months. The hygienist told me that I hardly had any buildup. I thought that she was being sarcastic. She insisted that the build up was minor and I did a good job. After the cleaning my dentist came over and did an exam. She was shocked. She said that my gums were better than she ever remembered (I've known her 20+ years). She asked what was I doing? I told her and she plans on trying it. You have to use an amount that is tolerable to you - too much may not be good since it is a little "spicy". If you are wondering if you should try it, go for it and be consistent for 6 months. The results for me are great.

I first discovered this product while looking for natural oral care products for a sore tooth/gum. After having a wisdom tooth cavity filled, the dentist had told me that she had drilled close to the nerve and, if it still bothered me in a week, she would do a root canal. That was not going to happen!! Upon reading the beneficial effects of oregano oil for gum health on a holistic doctor's website, I search for products and found OregaDENT. In addition to wild oregano oil, it contains other natural oils that are also beneficial to oral health. I use 2 drops on my toothbrush, along with my favorite tooth powder, and my mouth feels fresh and clean. For the occasional sore tooth or gum, you can put a few drops on either your toothbrush or a swab an apply directly. Oh, yeah, and there was no need for a root canal! :)

Had a sensitive upper tooth and inflamed/irritated gum for several days. I knew something negative was going on with that tooth and didn't want another dental surgery. Put 3 drops on top of toothpaste twice daily for brushing; and intermittently put some on a q-tip applying directly to gum. It's amazing; intense pain went away almost immediately and no problem within a few days! Will keep Oregadent in my medicine chest! ;-D I recommend this item.

I have teeth issues and it has helped but however you will have to use it consistently to see results. I put it in my mouthwash but I just read a review they put it on their toothpaste I should try that.Oregadent from North American Herb and Spice is strong super, as oregano should haveI just wish the price was cheaper, I bit overpriced.

Gum issue had persisted about one year. Used about 2 drops of OregaDent on my toothbrush along with my regular toothpaste and brushed using normal routine. In just a matter of a very few days the redness and tenderness was gone. The OregaDent stopped the inflammation and left my mouth feeling fresh and "awake"! I also use OregaDent, along with pure castor oil (has no odor), to rub on the skin of my face (jawbone) at night. Couple of drops of caster oil with a couple of drops of OregaDent...regular use...heals inflammation. OregaDent is a healer...Oil is the catalyst for exterior absorption. It smells great too...not offensive in the slightest way. Kind of takes away all those bad memories of castor oil when I was a kid! You understand, don't you? ha!

My sister recommended this product, and at first I was skeptical. Now my mouth doesn't feel fresh without it. I do feel like it helps me keep plaque at bay. Since I've been using it, the teeth cleaning with the hygienist is quicker, and easier. It is very potent, so when i started using it I only put one drop on my toothbrush, and over a year have worked up to 3 drops.

I am so glad I purchased this product. I had been oil pulling, but just could not seem to get my mouth to feeling better no matter what I did. N Amer Herb and Spice makes quality products and when I saw they had this combination oil to use instead of using several different ones, I decided to give it a try. My mouth has not felt this good for a long time. The swelling has gone down and my mouth feels fresh and healthy. I just use a couple of drops along with my EarthPaste. Thanks for a great product!
