There was no way my six year old son was going to be able to swallow a pill. No amount of coaxing, bribing, being nice, being mean, or patience was going to get him to take that pill. Snapped this top on top of a bottle of flat sprite and he swallowed his pill in one sip!! I have ordered four more of them! I keep one in the car, at home, at grandma’s, and one at school. It’s truly a miracle! It’s even easy for my four year-old son with Down syndrome! I never thought in a million years that he would look forward to medication time but a little bit of juice in a pop bottle with this tool on top is all it takes!

This device contains about 5 cents worth of plastic. That would be OK if it worked. The device should fit over a water bottle opening. It doesn't. So it is totally useless except for providing income to the seller. Do not buy this. It is not worth the money even though it is not expensive.

It has helped somewhat with helping my child swallow pills but the pill keeps getting stuck onto the bottom or side of the spout.

My grandson had to start taking medication and the nurse practitioner recommended this. It works great!You put it on a bottle of water, drop the pill in, and let them drink. He swallows the pill with no issues and thinks it’s cool he gets to use this once a day. Within a week, he was able to just take the pill without this and have no issues.A must have for parents!! He is 5.I’m sure this would be great for elderly as well.

I have the hardest time taking pills 💊 or capsules! I absolutely choke, pee my pants and vomit! I have started to have anxiety attacks when it comes to taking medication!I was a little disappointed when I couldn’t get the top to fit but finally with muscle and squeezing, I got the top on and much to my SHOCK, it WORKS!!I am so thankful for it!! Buy it today!!! (I’m sure it will fit the next bottle much better!)

Didnt work for us. My 9 yr was recently diagnosed with a chronic disease and had to learn how to swallow pills. Thought we'd try this but it didnt work for us. It was hard to secure without crushing the water bottle. The pills got stuck and they we had to dry it to try again. Definitely a pain if you have to take more than one pill. All of her meds are capsules and they tend to float on the water, maybe it would have worked better with tablet pills. At least it was inexpensive.

I used this with my 6 year old. I think the small bottles work best because the larger bottles tend to crush as I’m twisting on the topper. Also pour a small amount out of the bottle so the topper doesn’t get wet. Pills will stick. I also give a little squeeze while sipping to ensure the pills are dislodged. Dry the topper before reuse.

Couldn't even use. We couldn't get it to go on the water bottle at all without crushing it and even then we couldn't get it.
