This product is nothing short of a miracle. I like biohacking and experimenting with nootropics and supplements to find healing for my many genetic conditions/disabilities to try to live as close to an optimal life as one can, I literally tried hundreds and hundreds of supplements, and by far this is the best and the fast acting component I’ve ever tried. I mean so fast that it wipes my aching muscles and fatigue in just 45 minutes after dosing. Not just that but it also heal and tighten my inflamed, connective tissues immediately. I have stage one lipidemia. Unfortunately despite being skinny and masculine, my tissues/fasha is very lax and a couple of hours after taking this product, everything is back to its place, fluids trapped in my connective tissues are shrunk and I can finally wear shorts! I’m was not sure why it works so fast on me and had to search some of its fascinating mechanisms and its implications in the body especially for people with EDS, pots and mact cell activation and other inflammatory conditionslike myself. The only downside is because it makes your mitochondria super healthy, it decreases sleep pressure and might cause insomnia also it sometime feels stimulating to me, which I don’t mind in the morning. Always the skeptic about supplement claims, knowing most are just pissed away... I did a couple weeks of research on this...due to it's pricey cost and coming from other countries outside of continental USA. Here is a little time line of what I noticed special CoQ-10 attached to a delivery molecule that gets 1000x more of this anti-oxidant right tru all of the cell walls in your body...and thru 2 walls of the cells energy engine. Everyone has a different physiology so we all will react differently a bit. I take only one pill early in the morning with water on an empty stomach, this so far going on 10th day. 2 hours after first does my tinnitus (slight ear ringing) was accentuated and remained so. 1st night of sleep, much more dreaming or awareness of dreaming in the morning. This is a big change as I seldom remember dreaming or dream little due to practicing silent sitting meditation for 20-30 minutes each day. 5 th day, I started to have more clarity of thoughts and noticed that the technical materials I study and usually have to read 2 or 4 times to absorb I was now reading and remembering 1 take. This is a definite and pronounced effect and has continued each day to be subtly noticeable. I do the same 8 mile bike ride and have noticed just today that my speed from the log on the odometer has increased for the last 4 rides. There are only two labs in the world I know of that work with this concept of delivery of CoQ10 with a molecular tug boat attached. This one in New Zealand and a Russian lab that started this research years before and sells eye drops on ebay. I just ordered the eye drops and you can Google this with it's own name SKQ-1. I will do a personal trial on me and my old dog with Cataracts per their strongly suggested dosage and run until the 3 small bottles are exhausted also testing has been done on Glaucoma. There is quite a bit of testing and studies going on now about several uses for these products...since this works on every cell of the body with Mitochondria within. This company in New Zealand also makes a skin cream that I plan to also try after I finish these two personal studies. If you are not a person in tune with your body's subtle changes...don't expect to experience much thunder and lightening here...I expect changes such as increased useful life span longevity and the rest of the benefits reported in mice will come gradually. If I were to take just one supplement, this would be it and I plan to slowly increase my dose to the 2x per day they recommend and then some. Remember, supplements have to be tuned to be delivered to where they work... Some amazing things have happened since I started taking this. First, within 30 days my eyesight improved from -1.5 to -1. I have more energy. Lastly, my body hair, which at my age had all but vanished, grew back. The literature states expect 90 days to fully experience the difference and I think that is accurate. I wish the seller would ditch the fancy box and shaped black bottles and charge less instead. I would be happy with a plain white shrink wrapped bottle.

Day 1, Thursday evening I received my MitoQ and was very optimistic, took my first pill. Not the greatest night sleep, In the morning when I woke there was somewhat sharp pains in various parts of my upper torso. Day 2 Friday morning, took the second pill. I have some significant achy pain between my spleen (middle of my left side) and my thymus (middle of my chest). Likely something with the immune system possibly being cleaned up by this new supplement. I skipped friday night dose. Day 3 Saturday, all pains have subsided. Take my third pill. pretty much pain free, maybe I'm to the point that I might start to see some of the positives. 5pm take a second dose. Minimal various somewhat sharp pains, sleeping fine now. Day 4 Still optimistic, take my fifth pill in the morning substituting one of the CoQ10 pills I take every morning. No pain, all seems well, afternoon take my second pill of the day. 8pm tinnitus is setting in. Day 5 tinnitus is still there but less. I don't think I'm going to keep taking this supplement. I learned of this supplement on Tuesday, My research before even starting to take this was that this is synthetic. My research after starting this I found a review that the person had taken it for a month even after the tinitus had started, thinking it might get better, but only got worse. I fount that the manufacturing of this product they cut of the tail of CoQ10 and add a positively charged molecule on the end where the tail used to be. This basically forces whatever is attached to this molecule to be forced into the middle of the mitochondria. Scientists have created many different synthetic "Medicines" to be delivered to the center of the cell where the mitochondria live, which is from my understanding how the MRNA "Vaccines" work. Seems like a good idea, but in my experience I have yet to see the positives of this technology that actually outweigh the negatives. I hope my tinnitus will continue to subside if I just don't take this anymore.

After turning 60 I noticed that when driving, I needed to take a nap in the afternoon, while driving to 4+ hour destinations. Started taking MitoQ, 2 a day, for several years, which appeared to help maintain a higher energy level. Just to test it, I stopped taking it a month ago, and pretty much immediately needed the nap again. I took a chewy CoQ10, 2 a day, and it did not restore any missing energy. Still needed a break, so I am starting MitoQ again. I don't know about the other positive effects for others, but for me, it really does work for maintaining better energy during the day. No noticable side effects or pain relief, and it is pricey, but for having more energy, it does work.

I've had mitochondrial issues for over a decade without any understanding it until a couple of years ago. So I take many supplements to try to get them working better. Started this MitoQ a couple of months ago at a dosage of about 5 caps per day, i.e. have taken 300 caps so far. Cannot determine how much it is helping, but in my case it is not at all as dramatic as some claim. I do not feel more energy and my sleep is not at all shorten by an overflow if energy. But I believe in the concept enough to take another 300 caps before quitting this very expensive product. Maybe I am one of those special people who need a much larger ten-fold dose of 50mg per capsule to make an impact instead of this tiny 5mg per capsule.
