Happy with the product
Absolutely excellent and lovely, quality product. Instructions are spot on. Holds baby snugly and safely. No stress on back or shoulders unlike other carriers. Very supportive for shoulders and back. Convenient to use. Hopefully it'll stand the test of time.Delivery was on time.Packaging could have been better, although product was not damaged in any way.

Ottimo acquisto
La fascia è di grande aiuto sin dai primi giorni di vita del neonato, vi consente di tenerlo a contatto sul vostro torace senza alcuna paura che possa cadere, il bambino viene abbracciato dalla fascia ottenendo di calmare il neonato e di avere le mani libere. Io non posso più farne a meno; anche se non è l’ideale nei mesi estivi. L’unica pecca? Bisogna prendere un po’ la mano nel metterla, fortuna che ci sono molti video tutorial su internet.è un valido aiuto in caso di bambini che soffrono di reflusso perchè permette di tenere il neonato in verticale dopo mangiato senza affaticarsi le braccia.

Awful refund policy
With the current weather in Singapore, not ideal as it is too thick.Returned the product in the same box, with the labels and product intact, but seller provided a mere 20% refund without even covering the return postage. Not recommended
