I have a pie business and these hold a few pies so it’s a lot easier for me. Very sturdy and easy to clean.

Like their other items, I chose this tray as I had read lots of favourable comments on Mermaid kitchenware. I've never used, or if I'm honest, even heard of them before. So I was hoping the reviews were accurate......they are in so much as they're a high quality product, compared to cheap stuff you can buy from discount high-street stores; however, they don't feel as good as their price suggests. They feel a little 'thin' and 'lightweight'.Not quite worth the money.

very sturdy and great for oven - I bought 2 and yes they are pricey but they don't warp great under and over a cake - great for macarons - I always use either a silicon mat on them or parchment.

Really liking this Mermaid baking sheet. Brushed it with oil and baked in a high oven to give a non-stick finish it's great for crisp pizza bottoms. Not being Teflon it takes high temps without scorching.A thick solid sheet that is built to last.

I love Mermaid products and this does not disappoint. A good solid tray that does not warp. Excellent under free form loaves or placed under a flan or other pastry dish to cook the bottom - nothing soggy!Expensive, but works out as good value for a lifetime of good results.

I bought one of these eight years ago when Mermaid was more widely available. I'd since heard that the company had gone into insolvency so was pleased that I found this and assumed it was old stock. The new version is significantly thinner and lighter than the old version (I weighed the new one and compared with my original, which is 50% heavier for the same 40cm size). So if you're expecting the original specification, that's not what you're going to get. It's still probably the best one on the market, but it is not as good as the original.

I bought a single baking tray,as a trial purchase because they're quite expensive. I have now replaced my all old cookware with items from the Mermaid range. After years of trying new products that won't stick, twist or the coatings come off, I've found the perfect range. I would definately recommend Mermaid to anyone. I just wished I had spent the extra money, that these products are worth, earlier

Ein wirklich gutes Blech, nur leider ohne Rand, was auf dem Bild nicht gut zu erkennen ist. Ich bin trotzdem sehr zufrieden damit.
