LED Light Kit for TECHNIC Bugatti Chiron Model Lego 42083 USB Power (Model Set not Included)

This is a very well made LED light kit using real legos. You can choose between the included AAA power pack or provide power with any phone USB charger. Both are provided but use just one. I used the power pack and put it in the passenger side wheel well as suggested by the instructions. You don't "need" a USB outlet if you use the AAA power pack as is wrongly stated in the listing.I suggest you put in the headlights as you are building it since they replace the stock (non-functional) headlights. The rest can easily be added after you have completed the model. I put the headlights in with the power cable facing up instead of down like the instructions say since there is more space above the lights so as not to pinch the cable.The rear picture on the Amazon listing is not how the rear lights look. There is no upper "brake" light like is pictured and the red light bar does not light up. Perhaps that was a concept and I suggest the seller update the picture. See my pictures of what the taillights actually look like. They are essential and entire row of bright red LED lights that face downward. The affect is very good. They do partially block the "Chiron" name plaque.If you are technical and detailed enough to build the Bugatti, perhaps the most complex lego set in production, you can add these lights. It took me maybe 20 minutes to add the lights.It is hard to believe that some people think that you'd get a $350 lego kit with a $50 set of lights. Not sure how much clearer the seller can be that this is just the light kit.

The kits had terrible piece of paper to go to their web site to download instructions but website is poorly done and is basically a blog. There it says email them for instructions. For the price of this kit they could have included instructions or at the very least have easy to find published instructions on the site.

Works great, I wish there was detailed photos of out of site routing for the wires. I got it done anyways but used long electronics tweezers.Overall, I’m happy!

It was a good product for the most part. My only complaints are that 1. The right instructions were hard to find 2. The rear bumper light is nothing like the real thing unlike the rest of the lights which looked like it was the real car and the wires were two separate ones and it would be nice if they were tied out of the box to make them neater

My husband and I loved it. The only shame is that we cannot admire W16 engine in move after fully assembled

They’re nice, bright and makes the Bugatti Chiron look great. Would recommend for anyone.
