Does the standard edition include a poster, or is that the Asian pre order exclusive?

Standard edition comes in steelbook?

As others have already said, no it does not. I can add that none of the U.S. versions have a SteelBook so if you're looking for one there are, unfortunately, no options for that (it's always possible another region or individual store had a SteelBook bonus but I'm not aware of one). The other U.S. releases include an art book and the disc is placed inside of that.
