KOHLER Purist Secondary Pullout

We ordered this faucet for our kitchen because its size fits our needed scale, and the water flow rates were supposedly equal to the kitchen faucet model. Right from the start, the hot water flowed MUCH slower than the cold .(Cold flow is fine). Frustrating when you are cooking. We had flushed the hoses during installation. We checked the screens, the valve and the water pressure. We called Kohler customer service and they sent us a new nozzle. Still no change. We ordered and tried a new cartridge. No change. I am EXTREMELY frustrated. It's a very pretty design, but every time I try for hot water, I grit my teeth. Kohler has kindly offered to send me a full replacement at no charge. Stay tuned. January 2021 update: Kohler sent a new one and it works perfectly and looks beautiful! My husband changed out the valve at the same time. May have helped.

Very cool and works great for a bar or veggie/fruit sink! Love it's power and design!

I've always liked Kohler but the first one sent was defective as it leaked somewhere from the valve and left a puddle under the cabinet when installed. Amazon was great with their return so it instills confidence with Amazon. Kohler's quality is more questionable however. I've been using their products for years but the last couple purchases seem cheaper somehow. Installation is pretty easy though.

This faucet was purchased to replace a faucet that was too large for the sink (13dX15wX9h) we had in our laundry room. This one fits this sinks and looks great. I ORDERED THE PRIMARY FOR THE KITCHEN SINK AND THE SECONDARY FOR A BAR SINK. THEY ARE QUITE ATTRACTIVE FOR A MODERN KITCHEN BUT EXPECTED THEM TO HAVE A MORE LUXE FEEL. THE PULL-OUT WORKS WELL (BUTTONS SELECT SPRAY OR NORMAL STREAM, AND RETRACTS TO CLICK INTO PLACE FOR GOOD HOLD) BUT IT HAS A VERY LIGHT-WEIGHT, LOWER-QUALITY FEEL. THE NORMAL WATER STREAM IS A BIT SPLASHY AS THERE IS NO AERATOR. THE SECONDARY FAUCET SHIPPED MISSING A CONNECTOR FOR THE SUPPLY HOSE. I ORDERED THE REPLACEMENT FROM KOHLER AND THEY SENT THE WRONG PART. EVENTUALLY WE GOT IT SORTED OUT.

Beautiful and functional!

Do not recommend. It is a waste of money. Previous Delta sink faucet had no issues ever and was 15 years old. Remodeled and wish I had gone with a Delta instead.

beautifully designed, great for a smaller sink, works perfectly. I especially like the laminar flow, which greatly reduces noise and splashes.
