I saw some people were less than happy with their product. Mine was all I had hoped it would be. The expiry date is six months from now, the pecan nuts taste fresh and crunchy, the caramel is lovely and soft, and the chocolate coating is fresh and melt-in-your mouth. I've never had Turtles before but heard about them often as being so delicious. They really are! A bit pricey, but well worth it. And the packaging is classy - a nice gift.

Every time I order "Turtles" they are awesome and fresh. I get them as gifts/stocking stuffers for loved ones who are gluten-free. These are the only chocolates that my brother who is gluten-free doesn't have a bad reaction to. The only reason I am giving 4stars is because I wish that Nestle would secure the lid on the box better. When the item gets shipped the lids come off easy and the individually wrapped chocolates fall out of their box. But, other than that, "I love turtles!" :)
