Had a little problem with the install on first one. Turned out unit was broken. Had Amazon replace (which went very easy) and was able to install second one with a little effort. Once installed have been very pleased with lock. Easy to program, easy to use, and is suiting our needs very well!

**update 2**The company put me to another company who sent me a new knob. Well now that one is broken just the same! It’s on a front door used daily with a glass screen door on a covered porch. It’s not exposed to water or other weather related conditions. I’m not sure why it keep messing up and not allowing us to lock the door. The key pad button 1 didn’t always work either. Don’t buy unless you like replacing your door knob every few month!**Update**The lock stopped working after about 4 months. It’s stuck and will not allow us to lock it with the keypad or with the handle. I have contacted the company but we are outside our return window with amazon.Easy to assembly. I done it alone while my husband was at work. It’s nice to be able to set multiple passcodes for everyone so the kids can pick their own and easier for them to remember.

***Updating review to 5 stars! We discovered that all the problems with this lock were due to a wire that got pinched during istallation! Product works perfectly since the situation has been remedied. ***This product looks nice...and was great while it worked. It's been installed for 3 weeks and has already started malfunctioning. It's been beeping when the door gets opened and closed it. It has been locked and several times it hasn't unlocked with the correct codes. Definitely not work the price of over $80. Most likely will be sending this back.

This keypad door lock is good for my rentals. I use it all the time. Easy to reset and very reliable. I’ve got over 20 of them in the last 3 years with only 3 of them going bad. And those are used to secure rental properties which the tenants are known for giving hard life to. So very good value for money. Will not give it five stars as they do go bad within 2-3 years.

Great product would buy again

I had another keyless entry lock that my dog couldn’t open. This one is definitely dog proof. Definitely makes me feel safe now!! Love it. The Honeywell name is also a plus!Update: Had to replace just months later. Keypad started to fail and I locked myself out. Most used numbers crashed.

Very cheap product. The latch sticks considerably even when it is unlocked, to the point the knob won’t fully turn without considerable strength or jiggling of the door. This is especially true for kids who don’t have the strength to turn it when it sticks. Definitely a safety hazard if someone needed to get out of the house quickly. Returned for refund

My only complaint about this is that the unlocking feature, takes about 1 second or two longer than I would like. It also sounds slow like the battery is dying, but it's been like that from the first day and has worked for about a month so far. Everything else about this lock is perfect. I've had no issues like I read in some of the reviews about being able to jiggle the handle to unlock.The lock was harder to install than a regular lock, but much easier than I thought it would be to install any kind of electronic one.
