Q: Does the lid on the direct-drink flask interfere when you're sipping coffee? As in, does the flip open lidfall on your face/ touch your nose/etc?

The lid, once open, stays in this position until you close it again. Drinking from this flask is very easy and convenient. I am very happy with this purchase, used it for cold water in summer and now use for coffee daily.

Q: What if the product is Faulty ?

If it’s faulty I would send it back to the seller and also say what the problem is. But I would imagine you have a 12 month guarantee with it. I’ve had mine for over 12 months snd mine has been fine.

Q: Is it safe to keep coffee with milk in this all day, e.g. a latte? will the milk go bad?

I’ve never done a latte but I do have my coffee very milky and it’s always fine. I wdnt think so, it keeps too hot to go off in a day.
