Great healthy plants! Great company!
I'll start off by saying that I had a poor delivery experience and box was not delivered upright like it said to on the box, it clearly had been rolled around quite a bit and half the soil had broken loose from 3 of the plants and gathered in the paper packaging that protected each plant, or went loose in the box. The most interesting plant had the most damage from losing all it's soil. However I will say that wrapping each plant well in paper definitely saved them from permanent damage. I was able to replant them all with new soil that pulled them back together. I was also disappointed in the variety, getting two of the one more common variety and getting none of the lithops or similar stone types that were the main reason that I ordered.I did write to the company because of the postcard included guaranteeing happiness, and let them know about the delivery damage and the mild disappointment with the assortment and they very quickly wrote back wanting to make it right. They made a note to try to get the type I was hoping for as well as some replacements when they ship next, which is only once a week by the way. After repotting all the plants, and giving away the double to another plant lover, I'm very happy I made the order. I gently watered the large succulent by it's roots and to repay me it unfolded a stem with a purple flower that has just now started to bloom today!(Great growth, great appearance, ease of growth, healthy, happiness giving, satisfying)

What are these, ALIENS?
They arrived alive, are not dying, and look great on my dresser.

best part was the very large lithops
Adding this: within a couple weeks, both of the "tiger jaws" plants have blossomed, i am so happy with these plants. I've already ordered a second set. I was going to wait a bit because i'm thinking ordering at different times might bright a different type of plants. And I will do that too. But i also ordered a second set just now because these are doing so well. Large, healthy, growing, wonderful plants. Also of all the sets of ordered from different sellers, these are the only ones that came with stickers right on the pot with plant information. That is a great feature. Highly recommend seller.--------Very exciting to receive my order today which was the set of 4 "mimicry" succulents. I bought this set because there was a good probability it might include lithops. The item was clear in stating there may be duplicates, and plants received may not be the same as in the photo, depending on season and availability. I looked at the photo which showed all ten different possibilities, and seven of the ten were lithops or split rock, and that was what i was hoping for. It's actually kind of fun to get the box and not know what's inside, so i don't mind not knowing which varieties i'll get. I'm happy with assortments. So the four plants i received did include a duplicate (of "tiger's jaw") however they looked different because they were at different stages of maturity so the leaves were shaped differently. I love the blocky 3-dimensional leaves they are wild, and i did not have this plant before so i am happy even with the duplicate. the third plant was a "baby toes" which was also a new and different plant for me. I'd read reviews (i am learning a lot a lot a lot about succulents which is a new hobby for me, by reading the reviews) so had heard of "baby toes" and how people said they sometimes arrived broken (not from this seller or this product, but reviews in general about succulents received). I can say that my "baby toes" in this order was 99% intact (one tiny tiny tiny part was bent) so i am happy with that. And best of all was the fourth plant in this order which was a GIANT lithops with 4 heads (or bulbs or whatever they are called). I am over the moon happy and delighted to receive that, and made the whole order worthwhile for me. The pots in this order came in 2.5" pots, however the plants were way bigger than what i get at the nursery up the road in that size pot, the plants i received are what i'm used to seeing or getting in a 4" pot. The FOUR GIANT Lithops seemed huge to me, because so far the only lithops i've received in my orders have been small seedlings, or a little bit bigger, maybe the size across of a pencil eraser. These i received in this Altman order are HUGE! Two are the size across of a quarter (the coin, a 25 cent piece), one the size across of a dime, and the biggest the size across of a 50 cent piece. So i love having my FOUR BIG lithops in a pot all together. i put them in a 6-inch clay pot, with a mix of about 80% inorganic and 20% organic. The plants all arrived very healthy and big and very high quality feel to them. Now I hope I can keep them alive that is the big hurdle to get over. I received them late September, so getting into fall. I still don't know how to tell when a nearly all rock potting mix is "dry" and "needs to be watered" but i'm learning to lift the pot and tell by the heft and difference in weight how dry it may be.Like the product description says, the plants will arrive in "very dry" soil and they did, so don't be surprised about this and it is not a bad thing. I have repotted two of the 4 already right away, the dry dirt felt very compacted. so i gently dampened the "root ball" so i could open the roots a bit as i put it in a bigger pot. WIth lithops i don't want to drench them when repotting, but i also wanted to re-hydrate the very dry root ball somewhat. I hope i achieved the right balance and they live through my still very amateur and lacking in confidence and not much experience with re-potting and growing lithops. But it is a lot of fun to look at all my different pots now with lithops in them. There is this pot i just got with the four GIANT lithops, and other sets I've gotten on Amazon have yielded a pot with 12 small lithops all together (I read they may grow better when they are in a group of friends and colleagues all around them); two pots with 6 small lithops each. a pot with 6 "rare color" lithops which i think i may have dampened the rocks they're planted in too much (who knew that was a thing, over watering the rocks).I would DEFINITELY order from this seller again. Large plants, very vigorous and healthy, and best of all for me FOUR GIANT LITHOPS all in a single pot. I love it!

Beautiful, healthy baby succulents
First photo is right after arrival and repotting, second two are the following morning after a watering. They arrived quickly and very well packaged, each one wrapped carefully in a tube of packing paper and laid snugly inside a box in a nest of more packing paper, top and bottom. They hardly even lost any soil on the way over, and all four had very well established root systems. I repotted them within an hour of receiving them, and none of them were overly moist (which is a good thing)-- the baby toes were especially dry and just a little limp, but after I repotted them I gave them all a watering and now it's the following morning and they all have spread a little and the baby toes plumped right back up.I got a Giant Jewel, Split Rock, Baby Toes, and a dark purple Sand Rose (Anacampsos Rufescens) -- none of which I've ever had before! I'm really pleased with the order, I got a bunch of fantastic and unique plants and they are all super healthy (so if they die after this, it's definitely my fault).

So cute!!
I ordered these understanding that I was going to recieve random ones out of the variety. I was hoping for Lithops and I got some. These plants came within a few days. They were well packaged and in great shape when they arrived. I have found its better to water these by putting water in the bottom of a dish and letting the roots absorb water from the bottom. I Like ordering online because there is always a surprise element to what plants you will get.
