Really nice! Especially like the dimming control. HOWEVER, it didn't get 5 stars because the most attractive orientation for the light is with the cord in the front. One side of the lamp is beautiful, the other sides are less so. I want the cord coming out the 'back' so the cord is less visible on my table. The cord in general detracts from the appearance of the lamp, so when it runs out the front it's SUPER visible. Partial solution is to run it out the back anyway and just deal with the lamp being tilted to one side which has to be propped up to make the lamp level. The result being the lamp is slightly raised from the table surface.Real solution: the lamp base needs to have 4 cord notches instead of just 1.

Not much to say for this lamp, lol... It's exactly what it says it is. Happy with the shape, it's quite solid and large. 9 1/4" inches tall including the base, 8" for the salt rock itself. 5 1/4" wide at it's widest spot. Going up to a cone at the top.I did not experience the problem others had- of packing material or stuff stuck to the base. Plugged it in and ready to go. Great light for the bedroom. Not quite bright enough to read by (for me, your MMV), so I may try a slightly higher bulb when these burn out. (Two extra were included).

The salt lamp arrived with styrofoam glued to both the plug and wire, and was very hard to clean off as a result. When turned on, the lamp had a chemical smell, and was therefore not usable. I would not recommend this particular lamp.

Love this item tremendously. I leave this on all the time on the low dim. Gives me excellent lighting for a dim or even reading on high dim. I dont like bright light so this is perfect. I plan to buy more, one for each room of my home soon. This one is in the bedroom. Does the job as a Himalayan salt lamp. It's the real thing!

My lamp is all I could hope for. Really beautiful glow at night. Not enough light to read by but that is not why I bought it. After shopping at stores, I am amazed by the reasonable price. Base to tip, about 9 inches.

He put the lamp on the fireplace mantle. Even when we don't have a fire, we have the warm and calming glow of the lamp. It is on a timer, so I don't have to touch it to enjoy it every day. LOVE IT. I bought one for each of my kids, and started giving them as small gifts to co-workers when they retire. Everybody loves them!

The first one was just okay but I gave it to my daughter the second one was worse, it barely had any color to it and it looked like it was very old even the box.the delivery person throws it on the porch and not even realize there's a lamp in it, I was surprised it did not crack which it looks like it has cracks. I'll be sending it I'll be returning the second one, it's not giftable.

This was a gift for my daughter who loves it. Daughter loves that it's dimmable and uses it for ambience during the evening, and then as a night light. A dimmable lamp and coming with 2 bulbs, you can't beat it. The shape was attractively carved, this is a pretty lamp, worth the price. I'd recommend it.Dimmable! ♥ it!
