I add to V8 along with lime, fabulous! Only negative is best by is October this year (it's already mid August)... Have used past date previously ok if in fridge extra month or so... Good price, too!

I love Horseradish and have used it for years and I am 89 years young. Initially I bought three different brands of Horseradish all the same price range to make a comparison and found Bookbinders to be the smoothest and tastiest of the three. I have used various brands of Horseradish in my lifetime and never really found one that suited my taste buds UNTIL Bookbinders .It is strong but not too strong and it's consistency is perfect for general use. ... This is my third bottle and I would buy a case if I thought I coiuld "outlive" it just to make sure they don't run out next time I order...

I am pleased with Bookbinders it is fairly hot but you can still taste the horseradish flavor without being overwhelmed by "HOT."I had my doubts about getting horseradish in plastic but I discovered that my doubts were unfounded.This is a squeeze bottle, so you don't have to grope around in the bottom of the jar when it is nearly empty.I will be back for more.

For price paid, items should have been in a fresher state, with expiration date into 2022, not within a month and a half of purchasing
