The best!
These are delicious! I wish I could get more of the smaller bags - great for trips, lunches, snacks, etc. They're probably some of the best plantain chips I've ever had (and we eat a lot of plantain chips). My favorites were the naturally sweet variety, but everything in this pack was yummy! Can't find them in stores, so I guess I'll have to keep ordering on Amazon!

The cassava variety too hard
I grew up eating plantains, cassava and the true yam and I typically like to bake my own very ripe plantains. However, good plantains have been scarce in the grocery stores around my area lately. Plus, I like to have packaged plantain chips for traveling. So, I was excited to find this Artisan variety package.However, the cassava strips were relatively tasteless and teeth-breaking hard. In the end, I decided I preferred only the sea salted plantain chips. The not-too-sweat plantain chips (without cinnamon etc.) were second best though a little burnt/over-baked.

Received burnt product
Was eager to try this product. Very disappointed in quality. Out of the 4 1.75 oz packages of plantain samplers, 2 packs were burnt product. Therefore inedible and thrown away. Very disappointed a company would package and sell bad quality especially at this price.

Tasty nutritious chips
Great tasting chips that are okay for the Autoimmune Paleo Protocol. Glad I tried them all. It's hard to pick a favorite some they were all very tasty.
