When you switch to a Keto diet it has a large impact on gut health. For many of us our gut bacteria has come to rely on heavy carbs and sugars to thrive, so when you stop eating that junk a lot of that bacteria dies off. After I went on Keto I started having terrible diarrhea that lasted for over two weeks. So I started on these capsules in hope they would remedy the problem and within a week I was back to normal. I take one with breakfast and one at night and have been back to normal ever since. The pills are effective and cost friendly, I encourage anyone with similar issues to give them a try.

This is not a Keto friendly probiotic. One of the Other Ingredients (that no one ever really pays attention to) is Rice MALTODEXTRIN. Maltodextrin spikes insulin, which increases blood sugar, which can knock you out of ketosis. Stay away if you are trying to be true healthy Keto.
