I've been looking for a natural deodorant for a couple of years. Bought one expensive brand from amazon dot com and then even tried to make my own deo at home. All were unsuccessful, mostly because of how uncomfortable they made me feel and how their effect lasted only for three-four hours. So when I bought and used THIS product, and it worked soooo well for me, I was thrilled! No discomfort, no stains, no weird smell. And lasts me all day long. I'm soo happy with it. Been using it for a few months now - got my third tin last week. If you're looking to detox your body, try this deo for sure. Different formulations work for different people, but this one has consistently worked for me, hopefully allowing my body some respite from so many years of applying toxic chemical deodorants every day.

Mild fragrance but the big issue is its chalky crumbly texture making it very difficult to apply. Don't know if this is how it's supposed to be or I received it from a bad batch... Definitely not buying again.

Works at least for 6-8 hours when applied to a clean, freshly bathed body. I like the smell, obviously it’s not like roses or anything, but it uses natural oils, so a natural, herblike smell is to be expected. Still it’s not unpleasant, and definitely keeps any sweaty smells at bay. This is not an antiperspirant through, so it will let you sweat naturally, which is healthy. I wanted something to replace both talcum powder and conventional deodorant and this is a good deal. I didn’t have any reaction to any ingredient and it didn’t leave any stain on clothes , but then I’m using just a little bit each time.

My major issue is it doesn't last beyond 4 hours for me during the summers. After that , a weird scent starts developing (something like a dairy product). I had high hopes from this one but it didn't work for me.

I really like common oxen's commitment to eco-friendly, sustainable and healthy products. This deo is not bad, but I find i need to reapply it after 5-6 hours. I also wish the citrus smell was a little stronger. The packaging is great and it's very easy to carry in my purse. Though when it came to me via Amazon, it was over packaged and had those horrible air-filled plastic bags, which is a ridiculous waste of plastic and kind of against the whole idea of being eco-friendly as a product.

Did not work out for me. I'm guessing it is the baking soda in it that irritates my skin

This is the best deodorant, period. A couple of months back, I made the decision to switch to a natural, aluminium-free deodorant after reading about the harmful effects of aluminium. After a lot of research, I bought this even though it was a little pricey. That is easily one of the best decisions I've made. This deo doesn't stop me from sweating, but it keeps me odor free for a long, long time. If I apply it in the morning, I will smell citrusy fresh until the next morning. That's something even the so-called anti-perspirant deos weren't able to do. Also, I only have to apply a pea sized amount everytime, so it lasts for about 2 to 3 months. I have always been a fan of floral fragrances, so initially I wasn't so sure of the smell. But now I've come to love it. If I want to smell floral or fruity, I just dab on some lotion. I haven't tried the mint flavoured one in this range, so I can only vouch for the citrus one. I'll keep buying this again and again, so please don't stop making this!

It was an amazing product. Why is it discontinued???
