Love this book
baby loves pointing to each animal and saying what they are, illustrations are lovely. A nice message and I get that it's not for everyone especially if you don't like the message of feeling pressured to go out and do things when you don't want to. But it shows you that coming out of your comfort zone now and then may surprise you and you might enjoy trying new things. It wouldn't be much of a book about facing your fears and discovering yourself if the rabbit stayed at home cleaning and eating biscuits all day.

Fantastic story
I love this book. Everything about it from the illustrations to the story of overcoming fear out of love for a friend is beautifully written and accessible to very young children without losing poignancy for the adult reading it, a rare feat. I'd recommend this story to everyone

lovely book
I enjoyed reading this story it has a lot of reference to different emotions which makes a good talking point also the illustrations are beautiful and again there is lots going on in the pictures for discussion, eye-spying tiny animals, counting practice etc. I read it with my 4 and 6 year old but I think it would also be good for younger children 2+

Great book
A beautifully illustrated book with interesting and intricate detail. It's imaginative, engaging and enjoyable. The story about Logan and Luna is great for little ones who will enjoy the adventure and have opportunities for prediction and participation.

Originally, I purchased this book as part of our "prep for preschool" plan. However, based on the title, I should have known this book was not about going to school, but about being brave and trying new things. So, even though, it didn't directly discuss school, it still helped prepare her for school. Moreover, it helps in other situations too. For example, as we were walking into the dentist's office for her first ever visit, she told me "I'm going to be brave". The book is also gorgeous and super fun to read aloud. You get to yell, scream, act scared, etc. It makes for an engaging book. Finally, I have looked for more work by this author at our local library, but they don't have any of her books. My guess is because it's an author from the UK, I believe? Anyway, my point is you might not find this book in the library, so buying it might be the only way to read it together. But, again, it's worth the money because we read it over and over.
