Does the job.
Our old unit was doing ghost flushes and ran the water bill up over $300. The Zurn unit saves so much on water, it has already paid for itself. The directions say not to install batteries until the unit is installed. Important information. I had them in the unit but had the unit in the box for a week. Ran the batteries down because it was trying to flush every time someone walked by the box.

Works great easy install. Avoids smelly urnals from people not flushing.I also bought aim stickers and put in, people really miss less with the bullseye in urnal

Work fine, slight design issue
They all have been working fine so far. There is an issue with installation. The rear of the unit sticks out to far to the right and rubs tight against the plumbing tightening nut. Luckily we just managed to get it on, but it pushes up against it pretty tight on a few.

As many other reviews said it's very easy to install if you know lefty loosey, righty tighty and own a straight slot screwdriver you can do it. I posted a picture of where to turn off the water (screwdriver) a wrench is included for the unit and will remove the handle. I included a picture of the box because I could not tell the difference between model numbers for the price. This particular one seems to be the best deal to me. And it works too, urinal flushes as you walk away.
