I travelled with a few different airlines that still use this plug type. Some of them you are able to plug in a regular pair of headphones anyway but I found this to be very useful still too. It doesn’t deteriorate the sound at all from what I can tell and is well built. It doesn’t come unplugged by itself like some other brands I’ve seen that seem to just fall out of the port. It handled two 10+ hour flights with ease. It’s a great value too since it comes with two of them for a cheap price.

Worth the price. Easy connectivity. Simple design. Seems durable and good quality.

Rarely use it but when you need it they're inexpensive and work great. I still see the old 2-prong jacks on some aircraft when I travel and with these you can plug in the typical 1-prong jack these days easily, or plug an AirFly or similar device if you're using wireless. Throw a pair in your bag for you and your friend or traveling partner.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Simple adapter plugs that allow a 3/8 plug (e.g., noise cancelling headphones) to fit some airline audio jacks. Smaller than a quarter so easy to carry. Worked great with no sound degradation. Cheap insurance when flying. Something of a must have for anyone who does not want to use the cheap airline headsets.
