I have purchased this product to use at the hotel during vacation and its not working, when plugging in all lights are on, but its not steaming, what is the problem? I ve made this purchase for my infant and now i have difficulties to cook for him. I insist for refund money or to replace with the same one but which one is working properly

Como mamá primeriza me preocupa estar lo mejor preparada para cada etapa del crecimiento de mi bebé. Así que estaba por cumplió 6 meses y buscaba todo lo posible de productos que me servirían y necesitaría para su alimentación complementaria. Vi esta vaporera y al Principio se me hacía como un producto que era un lujo y no una necesidad. Analizando todo lo que necesitaría comprar, me arriesgue comprándola, viendo comentarios me anime y no me equivoque. La verdad que fue lo mejor que pude hacer y me di cuenta que sería muy útil este artefacto. Ventajas *Cocina las frutas y verduras dacio y rápido para tu bebé *funciona como esterilizador de mamilas mordeduras etc. (biberones no caben a menos que sean muy pequeños.) * Diseño pequeño y práctico, fácil de transportar por si necesitas cocinar al vapor en otro lado que no sea tu casa. * cuenta con su bandeja para cocinar otra para esterilizar y una para huevos. Desventaja Tiene instructivo pero no viene en español. Solo Inglés y francés Pero no hay nada que un traductor de texto e imagen no pueda solucionar. Como consejo Si cocinan zanahoria lavenla lo más rápido posible. Mi error fue dejarla allí unas horas hasta que mi bebé despertara y darle su zanahoria y se manchó la bandeja de color naranja y ya no pude quitarle las manchas.

J'étais déçue de voir la grosseur de celui-ci au départ. ( Contient une pomme en dés maximum). Par contre, il est tellement facile d'utilisation, facile à laver, sonne lorsque c'est prêt, vient avec un livre de temps de cuisson pour plusieurs purées, se range facilement et même rester sur le comptoir. Avant je faisais mes purées avec une marguerite et bien que je pouvais en faire en plus grande quantité, le four est toujours en marche et je dois vérifier la cuisson. Avec ce cuiseur à vapeur, je place l'aliment et boum appuie sur une touche et il sonne lorsque c'est prêt. En plus, il est super pour les oeufs durs et pour décongeler les purées. (prévoir à l'avance au moins 10 minutes) Je ne regrette pas du tout mon choix. Par contre, c'est fait pour bébé, n'allez pas penser vous faire un souper avec celui-ci, trop petit!
