I find this is a good product which always weasels the discomfort on my knee. Will not take away the problem but helps when trying to do some walking about or housework to a certain degree.

I ordered this for my elderly neighbour as this is all she uses for her joints. She gave me one to use and it helped with my joint pain . It’s not sticky dries very quick . Good value for money

This is ok, but for joint pain, perhaps not quite as good as i'd hoped.

After spending A LOT of money on various gels , creams for my very painful arthritic knee , elbows & for my spine curvature I thought I had nothing to lose giving this a try ..I didn't have high hopes really because nothing much helps BUT this wonderful cream has given me two better nights sleep & soothed my joints as in reducing the pain ..Only my 3rd day of using it but so far I'm impressed although I think I would probably go through a tube a week using twice a day on knees back & elbows..That would work out at £30 a month roughly but I'm at the stage where that would be worth it for Me to give me relief from my daily discomfort ..I only wish this could be given on prescription that would delight Me ..I will be purchasing more of this & for £7.74 for a 125ml tube that's certainly not a bad price compared to some creams that don't even touch my pain ..I don't know why this cream works for Me where many have failed ? but it does ..I'm now looking for the tablet form in this too with exact same ingredients..

After suffering with arthritic knees for years and taking very strong painkillers and getting no lasting relief I took my mam's advice.She had told me that she used this great gel that she rubbed in and it gave her a great night pain free sleep." all my friends are using it".So after purchasing some but being very sceptical I tried it out.It smelt nice it is white but dries clear.Nothing happened immediately but after ten minutes or so I was frightened to say my pain was subsiding.Thank the lord it works a treat.Have been using it about five times a day, for 4 days my pain has reduced dramatically.I am now walking further pain free which is helping me tremendously being more active and more importantly my mental health has improved as well.It has worked wonders for me in a short time and I'm keeping my fingers crossed 🤞it continues to work.

I brought this gel to help me with my severe muscle spasms, and chronic pain in my lower back, right hip and leg. It does help, albeit only temporary.I find it easy to use and fast working. Only apply a small amount for effective relief. I apply the gel between 3/5hours to help me stay in top of my pain. Using the gel this way will ensure that it lasts for a long time.Highly recommended.
