I purchased these as I use unscented tea light candles almost every evening in our living room. I was very disappointed in this purchase and it surprised me... I thought I had purchased these before. They are made with some sort of wax that is more like crayon wax than candle wax. They did not burn as long as advertised and the light was very weak and not a strong light at all. Often I would go to relight a half used tea light the next day and the wick was so tiny and weak it would not relight. Unfortunately I have noticed this problem with many tea lights in recent years. They are inferior to tea lights of a few years ago. I have no idea why this is, but will not purchase these again.

Our subdivision of 98 homes loved these luminary bags so much that many residents opted to fold them up and save them to use them again next year. We had a declared "luminary night" for the whole subdivision on December 21 and many residents decided to place new candles in them and re-use them every night through Christmas. Out of about 600 bags, I think 10 of them had some brown marks on them where the candle wasn't set properly and the flame was touching the bag. It didn't "damage" the bag nor start a fire; it only left a bit of a scorch mark on those few bags but that was user error. We are EXTREMELY pleased with the quality of these bags and plan to use them again next year! Good thing I ordered about 400 extra just in case they don't have the same design next year lol. They were a huge hit!

These tea lights are phenomenal. And for the price... You can't beat them! After searching the land for an extended burn tea light that actually went for the gold as far as duration and longevity, I finally found the one. In fact, I just received my first order and I am making my second purchase right after this review! And you should too! The only thing that I didn't love was the packaging. I didn't hate it either. I just wish they were in one large box to eliminate waste. But c'est la vie! Recycling is beautiful thing!

I bought these in part because they said they’re dripless - unfortunately, from what I experienced, they are not. I love the fact they burn longer than the usual tea lights, so used them only in containers where I could keep a close eye on them.

These are WONDERFUL!! Used them in glass votive cups for Thanksgiving and they lasted 7 hours before we chose to blow them out-- everyone wanted to know where I got them, and what kind they were!! Soooo pretty scattered around living areas for long winter months now-- they are the BEST.

They didn't burn for more than a few seconds before they would go out. The wicks are too flimsy, I think.

These are SO similar to regular tealight candles, don't waste your money. The photos that they have posted make the candles appear to be much larger than they really are. I could have gotten 72 regular tealights for half the price. At the most, these are almost 1/4" taller than regular tealights, don't be fooled.
