The perfect wheel stand for a limited budget or low floor space
If you’ve no room for a full cockpit this is ideal for a basic steering wheel It’s extremely well built and sturdy. I’ve not noticed any movement on the base where the wheel is situated while steering. The pedals can be raised , lowered, moved backwards or forwards depending on your preference. It is foldable so can be stored away under the bed or in a corner out of the way. It is quite heavy but that just proves it’s built with quality materials. Very easy to assemble. If later on you find more room you can also add a frame and race seat to feel more like a racing cockpit. There area lot of cheaper wheel stands but not of this standard or quality. If you’re still not sure go on YouTube and look up Karl Gosling he reviews everything to do with sim racing. He’s the reason I decided on this stand and I’ve no complaints.

Well made, well designed for the price
This is a well thought out design and is decent quality steel for the price point. The instructions are somewhat vague but you can't go to far wrong. Basic tools (spanner and Allen keys) are provided. There are *lots* of fasteners for different configurations which are of more than adequate quality but are standard sizing if you need to replace. Also came with a number of spares for rubber bumpers etc which was a nice touch. The added 'chair link' basically a tray to put the front wheels of your existing chair on works well. The parts are well finished, no real sharp edges and only one piece add some faint scratches on probably due to the courier. I am using it with an old Thrustmaster T300 wheel and pedal set which I don't think is on the compatibility list but the wheel plate has so many fitment options I'd be surprised if there wasn't a recent consumer wheel that didn't fit. That being said there were only two fitment point for both the wheel and the pedal set but they seem solid and have no problems with movement. Overall there is a little flex in the wheel plate but nothing you'd notice in normal play. It does fold up to save a bit of space but it's not what you'd call small - probably get it under a bed or behind a sofa. For this price I don't think you can far wrong.

A sturdy stand even for DD wheel bases
Bought this for my Moza R5 after looking at video reviews. Despite what people say about wheel stands, this one is very sturdy even on 100% force feedback on games like F1 and AC. Assembly is easy given you have compatible sim racing hardware and quality is as expected at this price point. This would be a 5 star rating but the pedal plate is not compatible with the Moza pedals and they are off-angle in order to make them fit to the place + the chair link is not the easiest to operate. These are minor issues and can be solved with a better set of pedals which I recommend.

Super solid wheel stand
The whole stand, except the plate for the wheel and the mount for the gear shifter, is fully assembled. The rubber feet on all four corners are threaded into the stand so it's easy to get it level and stable on the floor. It's wide enough and long enough to be very stable, you have to put a fair bit of effort to get it to wobble or slide it across the floor. But it's small enough to be stored neatly when it's folded up. It comes with a couple of spare parts for things which over time might get damaged or worn so it has you covered, also came with plenty of extra bolts, nuts, washers and the corresponding spanners and allen keys. I know some Fanatec systems don't come with the M6 bolts to mount it on the plate of the stand but this has plenty of M6 bolts of various lengths. It also came with 5 velcro straps for cable management, helpful to keep the stand looking tidy when it's in use but also prevents wires getting caught when folding it up. If in the future you decide you want to upgrade then Omega GT offer a chair upgrade to this which turns it into a full sim set up. In conclusion this is a brilliant stand for those who are just getting into sim racing or those who simply don't have the space for a full rig. I'm sure I'm going to smash many, many hours of GT7 with this thing!

Solid Construction and minimal space
Coming from a £60 stand I got from eBay that creeks and wobbles I didn’t have high hopes for anything that wasn’t a full cockpit but this is absolutely amazing. Firstly the construction is rock solid. Using this with a CSL DD (8nm) it doesn’t flex nor wobble and I’m more than confident in its ability to withstand higher forces. The pedal plate is great with good adjustability for the distance and angle of the pedals whilst also being quick to adjust. The cherry on top is the folding mechanism. For someone like me with limited space this is perfect, it tucks up nice and compact and would store easily into a closet. It comes with loads of bolts, nuts and washers in various sizes, cable straps and spare hand screws and end caps encase any get lost or damaged. This is a well thought out product and would recommend this to any sim racer from newbie to a professional. Learn from my experience, don’t buy a cheap stand, buy this one.

Good stand. Solid, heavy, no flex in the pedal plate. Extra hardware was included (your mileage may vary). Assembly took about 25 minutes which included taking my old setup down. My use case is a direct drive wheel usually set around 8nm. Sequential shifter mounted easily as well on the shifter mount. Load cell brake. Everything feels very stable while driving; braking is consistent and predictable. I'm 6'3 and was able to adjust it to fit me. Great product for the price!

Looked at a lot of wheel stands online and in store, probably over 3 months. This looked like a good and sturdy stand but was a little hesitant as it also looked like it might not adjust quite enough for someone 5'7" and shorter (my wife). Found a good price one day on Amazon and having not found anything else I would pull the trigger on decided to go for this Omega GT (Apex version) and take my chances as it was not overly expensive, like a lot of others. What a great decision, this wheel stand is a tank, very heavy and solid and way more adjustable than I was led to believe. It easily would work for people 5'3" to over 6' (unless you have some weird chair situation maybe). It folds much easier than it looked like in photos and even how it was described by sellers (with the wheel and pedals attached, don't have a shifter yet and yes that may protrude out a little more than the wheel I suspect). Once folded it stands solidly upright, no worries of it falling over or even getting knocked over. Could even go under a bed if you're careful with the steering wheel. Left the round floor feet off for now as I did not want impressions in my carpet and I wanted it to slide on the carpet to get behind it more easily. Even without the feet it's a very solid stand and does not move when in use (your feet on the pedals and hanging onto the steering wheel is more than enough to keep it in place). There is zero movement side to side under any circumstances, harsh use or maximum force feedback through the wheel (have the Thrustmaster TX Ferrari 458 wheel, which fit perfectly on the stand). It came with a pad/stand attachment for a shifter that goes on either one of the side rails and it is heavy gauge steel like the rest of the stand. I'm sure it would be rock solid as well with the hardware that comes with it. Had considered the Omega standard stand as it looked like it could adjust the overall angle better, down where the sides attach to the base, but I seriously doubt it is anywhere near as sturdy as the Apex stand (a much sturdier looking design) and the Apex stand with it's other adjustments gets you all the adjustment you'll need anyway. Plus the difference in price at the time I purchased was only $10. There are a few wheel stands that look as good, perhaps even a little better, but for twice (or more) the price. And I can't imagine anything else being appreciably sturdier or more fold-able. This is a heavy, sturdy, adjustable and fold-able stand, everything the average user that does not have a dedicated space for racing would want. It's the best wheel stand for the price period!

Thank you!
