Good basic camera
This is a good basic camera. Easy to operate. Read instructions and set up settings based on your intended use. I used a red push on filter made by Intova instead of built in dive filter. The built in filter is ok but the add on red filter gives better results overall. Used it on 8 day trip to Roatan and it took good video and still pictures while diving. The sound out of water is not real good but video is ok. This is a model camera that is several years old and priced accordingly under $100. Recommend for someone just starting out to take pictures. It does well in fresh water also. There is no flash built in. I do not see using the extra feature to attach a cable for video viewing on the surface but this option may appeal to others.I have had Intova cameras in the past and they have held up well as long as you pay attention to o ring and use silicon on it periodically. Transfering files is easy. So is charging. Battery holds enough power to do several dives in a day.

Great camera.
This camera is a great value. Just wish it had space on the top or bottom for attachments. The pictures are very close to my GoPro 4 in quality, the menu is easy to use.

Friend also had one and it worked beautifully the entire week of diving.
I must explain the one star rating. The camera flooded the first dive. Didn't go more than 60 feet but it filled up with water even though the access portion of camera was a really good seal. I wss surprised and disappointed.

I am NOT disappointed. For this being my first action camera
I've had this camera since May 2017, and I must say... I am NOT disappointed. For this being my first action camera, it has yet to fail me. First time I had it in the water, I tested its integrity by going on a 110' deep wreck dive. Granted, yes, it would need a red filter snap-on for that depth, but the video came out awesome, and the camera was still intact. I would use it repeatedly on more shallow dives (~30-40') down in the Keys, and again, the results were phenomenal. The pictures came out perfect, and even had some shots that were as good as a professional's.This camera will continue to be used again and again until it ceases operation. It is designed for water activities, and the button layout is big enough for a diver to use it without having to take their gloves off during a dive.

This camera subject to flooding.
I made the mistake of buying several of these and blaming myself for the flooding. The latest flood occured after cleaning and applying silicon. This camera is not reliable. It's a great camera, when it doesn't flood.

With changes this camera would be much better
I used this camera on a recent scuba trip. I liked this camera but didn't love it. While I was aware of the size when I purchased it is was quite small. A bit too small. Another issue I had with the camera is the amount of confusing buttons. When diving it is hard to maneuver a tiny camera and also be able to quickly choose the correct button to push to take a photo. There is quite a delay in pressing the button and the picture being taken- frustrating when you are taking pictures of marine life. Another issue is that you have to really hold down the picture button to capture a picture, which doesn't always work as I mentioned. On one dive the camera didn't take one picture- I have no idea why because I would triple check to make sure all was well before each dive. The pictures turned out fair- I used a Intova red filter which helped. Another issue was that even though the filter was on snugly The space between the regular lens and red filter would fill 1/2 way with water- on all 9 dives. It would be hugely helpful to have one large shutter button away from the aray of buttons so an easy 'point and shoot' option would be much easier. As would the shutter button being more reliable and without such delay. Since this is a camera meant for under water activities I would think these issues would be a big deal.

Great little camera for the price.

Don’t be tempted by low price . Not water proof st depth.
Took to about 90 ft dive and leaked . When I surfaced already full of sea water. Not sure if will continue to work. Cheap price but expensive for a single use.
