I bought these along with some stars to go next to my bat tattoo that’s in memorial of a man I was romantically involved with & they did NOT disappoint. Does not stayed screwed in
Very disappointed with this jewelry it unscrewed itself in my sleep. They do not stay on. It is a waste of money. I am very upset that I bought these twice and each time that I have put them in the jewelry has came off in my sleep I’ve never had this issue with any other dermal jewelry. Just this one I would not recommend buying.

It's Ok I Guess
These heart-shaped dermal tops looked a little smaller than I expected, but on my face they are not too small which is good. My issue is that the tops are not as "heart-shaped" as I expected, they're a bit more skinny. The top is also a bit difficult to screw all the way in my dermal and it doesn't lie completely flat on my face which is frustrating. Overall, they're okay I guess.

FAVORITE DERMAL JEWELRY 😍😍
This is my favorite dermal jewelry so far! It hasn’t turned any colors or caused any irritation to my skin so the quality is nice. I do admit that it is a larger size and sort of hangs from mine but it isn’t noticeable at all. It’s definitely worth the price!

I have searched for months for a heart shaped jewellery for my dermal piercing and while this one fit, the heart is upside down! this defeats the whole purpose and on top of that, i don’t believe it’s surgical steel so a bullet dodged i guess. don’t recommend.
