Received it a few days back. So far works good

Stopped working in a few months. Item says 3 yr warranty on it. Seller did not stand by the warranty, amazon promised a refund . When I followed up with Amazon they said it was a false promise (although they put it down in an email) and they can’t refund. They just kept on wasting time on the phone by explaining their procedures… no resolution.

I'm glad to have purchased this product, the customer service provided was excellent and prompt.

I am learning how to use this device under the guidance of my music teacher
