Love this mix. Have been using it for Christmas Breakfast for the last 35 years. My family looks forward to it & its very easy to make. Now the Cafe Du Monde Market location in New Orleans, of course is the Best, cz professionals make & serve it. My beignets are much smaller than the Market, but that's because homes just hv little portable fryers,- but this is the next best thing!!!

My teen daughter recently went to New Orleans and ate beignets at Cafe Du Monde, so I got these for her when she returned. The coffee was excellent, and the beignets tasted fantastic. I highly recommend them!

Hands down one of the best coffees I’ve had. Issues with the mix was due to chef inexperience. Otherwise everything was fabulous. Will purchase again.

My wife and I were going to stop at the original Cafe du Monde while we were in New Orleans for a cruise but didn't have time so I ordered this when I got home so she could taste a New Orleans classic! The coffee has a great aroma and chicory taste, and the mix is quick and easy (I was going to make beignets from scratch) but I would recommend adding just a little more of the dry mix than called on by the directions on the box (it was a little sticky and hard to roll out and cut; I used wax paper); overall tho very pleased and would recommend for anyone who wants a little taste of a Nola classic at home!

The "recipe" to make this, which is just add water, couldn't be easier. Very tasty when complete. One tip is to make sure to flour quite well when working with the dough as it does get very sticky, this has no effect on flavor.
