Size was small for me.
Bag is small, doesn't look like 31L size.And straps were too small,I'd recommend this bad for student of class 5 to 8.Laptop compartment is not secure, it's just like layer of clothing making partition for laptop.Overall material is good.

A product is damaged also quality is not good. Bag Zips are not working smoothly. poor quality for the product.
