Good value
My son discovered I have loads of old (classic!) vinyl and wanted to hear it. I looked at lots of turntables and chose this particularly for the Bluetooth. It arrived next day with Prime, in good order. Securely packed, easy to set up, looks good and the instructions were readable enough. The cartridge is not as 'professional' as perhaps a more expensive model and the arm is fairly basic but it does the job and seems to play well, has auto return and the turntable seems smooth and precise. The real star is the Bluetooth which connected easily to our small VTIN speakers. With the turntable in the lounge, the speakers played perfectly upstairs through two closed doors and corresponding walls, meaning we can leave the turntable in one place to play all round the house, much better than our phone or tablet transmission. Haven't tried the USB recording but again it should be very convenient as it removes the need to physically connect to a computer.

Maybe mine was a dud.
Maybe the one that I had was a dud.All my records were wowing. It was the deck as they played perfectly on my old Sherwood turntable.I have now decided to keep the Sherwood and send back the lenco. One of the problems with the lenco turntable is the platter is made of plastic and just doesn't seem to produce enough torque to get the needle through some musical sections so the whole thing slows down then speeds up during the quieter sections of music.... Anyway after a few plays the turn table just sped up to about 37rpm and stayed there... I emailed tech support (this was weeks before Christmas) and they have not replied.. Amazon as usual are absolute stars and I have sent it back.So the upshot is I have seviced my old 1980s deck got a Bluetooth transmitter, new pre amp and new stylus... am back listening to my record collection without any wow and flutter.

Bluetooth sound is awful, but through audio cables is great
Not the best hardware, but good value for money. However the sound using Bluetooth is awful, so if you’re looking for a record player to use exclusively with Bluetooth then I wouldn’t recommend. The sound with audio cables however is great.

Lenco LBT-120 turntable
Great sound at v reasonable price. Use with connecting cable to speaker/s or pair with Bluetooth. Needs external speaker/s, inbuilt amp but no speaker. V easy to connect. Comes with power adaptor & RCA cable. Needs RCA to headphone jack cable to use with 3.5 socket on speaker/s (or adaptor for the RCA cable supplied). Records vinyl straight onto USB stick. Excellent brand.

Doesn’t travel well
The first turntable to arrive had the plastic hinges of the lid both broken so was sent back. The replacement had a buckled turntable so every record sped up and slowed down with every revolution. It was sent back and I was just going to get a different turntable but the seller got in touch and sent a replacement next day. 3rd time lucky and no problems. Only downside is the background noise pick up. Would a better cartridge/needle sort this???

Great for fans of Bucks Fizz...
I was really looking forward to listening to my old LPs again, but this was a disappointing experience, unfortunately. After managing to connect it to my Creative SoundBlaster speaker and sticking a record on, the tone arm would just return to its rest. I found the solution buried on the Lenco website - you have to lift up the arm and move it right over towards the centre in order to disable "transit mode". We're off! I finally thought, BUT...…this turntable is great for fans of 80's band Bucks Fizz - if you want to speeeeeeed it up, then S L O W it down - it suffered from terrible wow and flutter no matter what I was playing. The stylus is also clearly low-rent and produced little of the depth or warmth associated with listening to vinyl records. I returned it for a full refund and spent a little more on an Audio-Technica unit which has produced far better results so far.

To noisey.
Had some trouble connecting it to my L G sound bar had to make sure all other devices were off but eventually got thereOnly problem was when I activated the turn table you could here it through the speaker when the music is playing it sounds lovely but when the track stops you can here this awful noise and its really loud and not acceptable such a shame it's a good looking turntable I will have to return it .

Superb Sound
Received this very quickly. Removed it from its box and thought hmm feels a bit light and cheap especially after it was a replacement for my Sony Direct Drive (now defunct). However, after connecting it up to my Onkyo home theatre system I was blown away by the quality of sound from this turntable for its price. Especially when the cost of replacing my Sony tone arm would have cost £125. So listening to my vinyl again and sounding great.

Buon giradischi
