Hi. Adapters are listed here on Amazon. Please note that the item listed here is the heaviest pedals set in the market with 4.5 LBs weight. How do you loosen them?

Are these compatible with marcy recumbent bikes?

Hi Laura, There are two size threads for most recumbent bicycles pedals. I'm not sure what Marcy's size is. The pedals I know you can get in both thread sizes. Your manual or a website research should give you an answer on your model size. The pedals themselves are great!! I have a pair on my inside and outside recumbent bikes. Sorry I could not give you a definite answer.

Can i mount them on regular bike?

Yes. However, there are 2 different thread sizes for bike pedals. For stationary bikes for sure. Make sure you get the right on size that fits your bike
