I am an active 66 yr old woman. I had pain in both feet when walking any distance and upon rising in the morning. It felt as though all the tiny joints in my feet were wearing down. I have tried lots of collagen products But never gotten any good results. Since using this product I have noticed my nails and hair actually growing ! This product is unflavored so it works well mixing it with anything you drink. I usually take it with my morning coffee and it actually taste pretty good!

I ordered this as I had noticed that my hands were really starting to show wrinkles and I've started to experience a good deal of hair loss. I have long hair, so the loss is really seen/felt in hand. In 3 weeks, I've noticed the wrinkles have lessoned a little (it's a pro) but the hair loss has essentially come to a stop. (a serious pro). I'm very pleased with that feature alone!

Get the Brownie not the Unflavored. Mix with milk not water, the taste quality is incomparable. Sometimes, I will just mix it in milk with Hydrolyzed Whey Isolate protein (vanilla) as a post workout, or use the powder to flavor oatmeal. Using this item for a few years - really helps the joints!

Flavor is terrible. You HAVE to put it in something. I mixed it in with scrambled eggs and I had to throw them away. I them mixed it in with a meal replacement shake and it was ok. Also, the scoop is HUGE so even though it has 20g of protein for "one scoop" your the same spot as 2 scoops of a smaller scoop the other brands have.
