Purchased this for my daughter's dance class. She is 4 years old. We ordered and 4/5T and it is true to size it fits her nicely. It's super cute on her. It's not sheer (we ordered it in black) it's plenty stretchy, we have washed it twice since purchase and it is still in nice condition. Affordable ballet outfit.
