Great tool for early readers but does require adult help
Using these cubes to spell words is so helpful for children having difficulty reading & spelling. The colors help the early reader to understand the relationship between the letters & having that tactile option to spell is very nice for the child that hates to write. I can imagine these cubes would be very cumbersome & boring for children that have no problems as those children might find them tedious to use but for dyslexics, I feel they are marvelous! There are a lot of cubes, though, so I would not suggest leaving the child alone with them to spell a lot of words because that could also feel overwhelming but if the adult is available to help, they work great! I do always organize the cubes after each use, however, so my child doesn't find himself looking at a giant jumble of letters that he doesn't know how to separate the next time he takes them out.

Great for Multisensory learning!
I love these for Multisensory learning! I donโt really use the cards because my sons has advanced past CBC words but I still use the letters.

Digraphs and Blends
I thought about getting this product , but have some concerns and questions. The letters " ch, sh, th, wh, and ck" are digraphs. Digraphs make one sound. In the video, the letters"ch"to spell the word " chop" was referred to as a blend. It is a digraph. When segmenting and blending to read and spell words with blends, each letter makes its own sound. Why are the blends put on one cube? Are the vowel teams put on one cube?
