Superglued mine
I bought this as replacement bc one of mine "disappeared". Lol its a tight fit so it was probably stolen. I'm going to start locking my tailgate even after gluing it inThis fixes the tailgate rattle I'd say 70%To fix it completely silicone lube the side latches, & get some plastic spacers from the hardware store for your striker bolts

Stops that tailgate rattle
My truck always had a rattle coming the rear and I couldn't figure out what from. Saw a post online about these and checked my truck and sure enough they were missing. Made the purchase and after popping these bad boys on the rattle is no more.
