Yes it does come with the charm, on the plus side if you’re having any doubts with buying the product it smells great and comes full.

Why is this cheaper than the 1.7 oz bottle, is it a different bottle?

I only looked at the biggest bottle for my niece this way she would have it longer the only difference is the bottle is smaller and I guess it maybe on sale
