Can get a spare cassette?

I know I’m not answering your question in the slightest, however I do have a suggestion for anyone that might find this useful: I know you can purchase portable rolling waste tanks of various holding capacities. What’s great aside from having a larger waste tank to repeatedly transfer your full toilet cassette into, is that they can also hook right up to the exact piping used to dump at truck stops or camps or anywhere that has an RV sewage dump station. The toilet’s waste tank does NOT have any connection to use these dumping pipes, (if anyone even wants to use a dumping station to dump a portable toilet’s much smaller waste tank instead of other options) yet I believe recently there’s been some adapters made, but perhaps not for all brands of portable toilets. Some portable waste tank brands like Camco’s “Rhino” 26 (or 28 gallon?) waste tanks even come with the dumping pipes/accessories, and if you have a hitch receiver on your vehicle, it’s towable. It costs under $200 here on Amazon for that particular portable waste tank. There’s others that hold much less -yet holds more than any toilet waste tank holds- which depending on your overall situation could be a better option, such as for keeping inside of your vehicle and lifting it in and out of it, also if you’d be wheeling it into a house to dump it into a toilet (doesn’t sound appealing but sometimes we have to do what we have to do.) What I’ve done on the road before (and hope to never again) was use a few 5 gallon buckets with the best possible lids I could find, and transfer my toilets full tank into these. Then I drove into a camp ground I wasn’t staying at, and backed up my pickup truck up to the men’s room, and hauled these buckets one by one into a stall and made a huge embarrassing mess. (I’m only 105 pounds).

can you buy replacement parts for thetford products ?

Not to my knowledge. My wife and I are truck drivers and we use this model on a daily basis and they wear every couple years and have never looked for replacement parts. What we found that wore out is the seal. I broke the handle off once by stepping on it while it was pulled out and didn’t see any way to replace it. The way I looked at it we more than got our monies worth out of it.

would this product fit in the trunk space in my 2016 Chevy Cruise??

Yes. May have to split upper/lower if needed. Just be careful of any water contents till destination.(no spills.

Can i empty this into my septic tank (it has an rv cleanout)? i'm thinking about the chemical deodorizer. will it be ok for the septic? thanks!

Yes, most deodorizers are designed to be septic safe as the RV parts use a similar system. Just make sure it says safe for septic tanks but very few are not safe anymore. If you cannot find it on the label, it probably is not safe but call the manufacturer if you have any questions.
