This is the first time am using black seed oil in capsule form, its a 1000mg of compressed black seed oil in each capsule. 2 caps a day is recommended dose. Have been using this for past several years(oil), good to maintain a healthy body, comes with various benefits, has cure for many diseases if used continuously in right porportions. You can easily find black seed oil(kalongi) at half this price.

Quality is good

it should be consumed in less quantity. The single capsule is very potent means it is really strong. black seed is hot in its nature. Because of its potency it may irritate the stomach. 7 to 8 black seeds are recommended but this single capsule may be of 2 to 3 teaspoon oil black seed. They should offer in small quantity so the buyer can try before buying the complete bottle.

Reasonably priced product,packaged well.Black seed oil capsules are a great way to keep healthy.They help to improve general immunity. Hair and nail appearance seems to benefit from taking black seed oil capsules.

Purchasing these capsules since long but this time ordered 2 x 120 capsules bottles and total 18 capsules were less in total number in both bottles which is quite distressing. Check your packing staff or machine for this bunder error.
