I’ve been using this collagen daily for over a year, and I’ve noticed a difference my skin looks better than it did a year ago. I add the chocolate flavor to my morning coffee or use the vanilla in lemon water during the day — both taste great and blend really well. The texture is smooth and not grainy at all once blended. Love this product!!! it's how I start every morning with oatmilk. Vanilla! It mixes the smoothest, adding a bit of Chai tea sometimes is soo deliscious. Chocolate is pretty good, not as smooth I add peanut butter to make it's flavor better. My skin hair and nails do show healthiness /improvement since using it. I'm 52 and the little wrinkles I've had disappeared when I'm using this. I get compliments for never looking my age. The biggest thing that suprised me is my nail bed, I've had a chronic nail problem since my teens with a couple nails that had ridges, the other day I looked down at my nails and noticed they are all completely smooth! Healthy pink, with that little healthy rainbow part glowing at the cuticle. I was shocked!!! I have maintained the same weight since my 20s and this product has become a beneficial part of my routine. It's my breakfast after tea/coffee, then I don't eat again till about between 11:30 and 12:30. It's not total "intermittent fasting" but I think close enough, it gives my body what it needs to get by in the AM and not weigh me/slow me down. It's also a real treat! Feels/tastes like desert to me. Also I typically hate sugar substitutes including stevia however the food scientists for this product got it right! Just the right amounts/mix that I'm not averted to it. I hate xylitol, Splenda, aspartame etc. My go to with cooking is agave. I'm so pleased with this product!!! 5'3" 115-118lbs. Also I have MS, so I'm sensitive to foods that are inflammatory I appreciate it when I find something in my routine I can rely on to feel healthy/well.

I’m going to go with 4 stars. The collagen coverage should be supreme but the most disappointing discovery was the volume in the container. I was shocked to see it half full when I removed the seal. It says 8.9 oz, so the volume is the volume, but the size of the container was deceiving. It smells pleasing, the vanilla doesn’t taste bad. It’s got a strange after taste when added to my coffee. It would be much better in a smoothie. Also, it doesn’t talk about blooming it before adding to liquids, but I believe that may help with the clumping.

I use this in my coffee and it blends well , no clumps and has a great taste i use this instead of a coffee creamer, does not lighten your coffee but give it a sweet taste, since i don't use sugar in my coffee. It blends well in my oatmeal too

This product dissolves in coffee without any clumping. The taste isn't overpowering and the smell is not strong. I can tell a difference in my skin after taking this product for over 1 month.

I chose Ancient Nutrition because of the impressive spectrum of collagen types - specifically wanting chicken collagen for ligament health. Ingredient-wise, it's a strong product with a pretty clean profile. However, the vanilla flavor is INCREDIBLY sweet! I've used Bulletproof vanilla for years and usually find a half-scoop perfect, but a half-scoop of this brand completely overwhelmed my coffee. It was so sweet I couldn't even finish my cup! If you have a major sweet tooth, you'll likely love it! But if you prefer a more subtle, natural taste, be warned! I'd also love to see them move toward pasture-raised standards for their chicken sources in the future.

Healthier looking skin and absolutely the best vanilla flavor in my opinion ,and I’ve tried many brands. I mix with hot tea and there’s very little powdered residue left when done. My hair texture seems different, softer (may be the gray taking over, 😂).
